Q: What is your return policy?
A: We are proud to be able to stand behind all of our acrylic furniture and accessories. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or simply wish to return your purchase we will accept returns a full 60 days after you receive your item. We will also replace acrylic / lucite furniture for up to ten full years if it becomes discolored.
Q: How long should I expect to wait before I receive my order?
A: We strive to turnaround all orders within the week. Because we make all of our acrylic furniture here with our own hands we sometimes get busy. When we are swamped it may take up to 4-6 weeks. Not long considering our products last for generations (and much faster than a slow boat from China).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship almost everywhere. Please e-mail us if you would like to order from outside of the United States and we will calculate shipping charges for you.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Orange County, California. Amazing plastic craftsmanship from the land of plastic people.
Q: Can I pick up from your showroom to save shipping costs?
A: If you are in Southern California and would like to pick up your order please check the "Pick up in Store" Option during checkout. We will call you when your order is available for pick up.
Q: Where is your furniture made?
A: We design, craft, polish, and ship all of our acrylic furniture from our vertically integrated facility in Southern California (that’s in the USA)
Q: I have found a similar item cheaper from another site, will you match their price?
A: The short answer is No. We are currently offering our entire artc line directly to the public at wholesale (cheapest possible) prices. Other manufacturers will put out lower end products at less expensive prices, often these are made of thinner materials, by machine, from someone else's design, in another country. All of our products are handmade, we pay our employees well, and all of our acrylic furniture comes with a 10 year warranty against discoloration. We have been in the business of creating custom acrylic furniture for over 35 years so we are not going anywhere anytime soon.
